From planning the experimental design to have the correct amount of samples in order to achieve enough statistical power, to bioinformatics analysis, writing bioinformatics components for grants, workflows, high-throughput data quality checks, security, data management plans and preliminary surveys. The service is based on full time equivalents (FTEs). According to the project an agreed amount of FTEs is allocated, from 0.25 to 1 FTEs. Together we will prioritize and schedule each step of the project to work on.
Each part of the data analysis will be tailor-made for the project using the best tools, pipelines and if needed custom workflows. Current languages that are used are primarily based on R and Python, but if needed other languages could be used.
As previously discussed in About section computation takes place on dedicated virtual machines (per project) so as to have secure high-performance computing.
In case that you are interested in publication-style reports, these can be provided containing methods descriptions and results with the appropriate references.
Figures polishing can be done if there is a need to use specific plots/images for publication.
